virtual doula

Instead of entering your sacred postpartum space, I offer emotional and educational support through video calls, texting, and/or phone calls. It’s like mixing equal parts postpartum doula, baby sleep expert, and your BFF!

The amount of meal prepping will affect the total time (i.e. usually 2-3 meals can be prepared within the 6-hour time frame).

  • Elena (mama to 10 month old)

“Not only is Kristen knowledgeable when it comes to babies, their development, and sleep, she truly cares about your whole family. She doesn’t give you a “one size fits all” plan. Her suggestions and guidance helped our family instantly. After just one day, my daughter started going down for naps without crying. Bedtime was no longer a battle. I’m also getting quality time back with my older kids that I haven’t had in quite awhile. Everyone is happy and sleeping well!”

  • Katie (mama to 6 month old twins)

“Kristen was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout our consultation process, but it was her kindness and compassion that really stood out. I came to her beyond sleep deprived and anxious. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and put a sleep plan together to help my twins start sleeping better while sharing a room. You won’t regret the decision of working with Kristen, and you’ll be very lucky to have the opportunity to do so!”

  • Sarah (mama to 5 month old and 2 year old)

“Working with Kristen was wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, reassuring, and non-judgemental. I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She worked with me to develop a sleep plan that not only worked for both my children, but our whole family“ and explained the “why” behind it to help educate me.”

  • Rachel (mama to 9 month old)

“Kristen is a baby sleep guru! She has the knowledge and experience accompanied with understanding and compassion. I was so confused how to navigate my baby’s constant night wakings. After just one phone consult with her, I had the answers to all of my questions to help my baby start sleeping better at night. Within just a few days of minor adjustments to my baby’s routine, she started sleeping longer stretches at night. I couldn’t believe it!”
